VoIP Call Recording Software TeamRecord Released

Arcosoft Inc., announced the release of VONaLink TeamRecord. TeamRecord works with any VoIP phone system based on the open SIP standard, such as Asterisk or Vonage, to centrally record all phone calls for a company workgroup.

Call recording benefits a company by allowing business transactions over the phone to be verified and disputes resolved. With traditional phone systems, calls are recorded with either analog equipment or expensive, proprietary products from the phone company. With the latest VoIP systems built on open, standard protocols, calls can be recorded by monitoring network packets.

VoIP Phones Used For Microsoft’s Exchange Server 2007

SIPit 19, SIP Interoperability Test Event

Data Connection Limited, the world's leading independent provider of communications protocol software, announced its participation in SIPit 19, the nineteenth SIP interoperability test (SIPit) event organized by the SIP Forum (www.sipforum.org).

SIPit is a week-long event, held twice a year, to improve the quality of the SIP specification and forge global interoperability among SIP implementations. The SIP Forum Launches SIPconnect

The SIP Forum announced the completion of a new initiative to streamline how service providers and their enterprise customers leverage interactive IP communications services and solutions. Developed by The SIP Forum's Technical Work Group, this new industry recommendation, termed SIPconnect, is designed to directly tie enterprise customers to VoIP service providers using an end-to-end IP connection.
