Voip-Pal.Com Successfully Completes Beta Testing of Newly Acquired VoIP Patented Technologies on Ground Server

voip-pal_logo.jpgVoip-Pal.Com Inc. is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed beta testing of several of the recently acquired VoIP patented technologies on its ground based server. Integration of these patents onto Voip-Pal's Cloud Server is currently underway. Further announcements will be made as each patented technology is integrated and deployed into Voip-Pal's revenue model.

As previously announced, Voip-Pal.Com acquired several revolutionary and proprietary digital voice technologies as part of the "Digifonica Gibraltar" transaction. The patent portfolio greatly enhances shareholder value and will substantially increase revenues for Voip-Pal.Com once the individual patents are brought on stream. In addition to the intrinsic value of each individual patent, revenues will be derived not only from Voip-Pal's subscribers using our retail site (www.pointsphone.com), but also from licensing the technologies to other VoIP service providers and their millions of subscribers.

The newly acquired patents focus on RBR (Routing, Billing and Rating), Lawful Intercept, Short Code/Emergency Dialing, Mobile Gateway, and Advanced Interoperability Solutions. Voip-Pal.Com will announce details of each patent as they are integrated onto our Cloud Server. Each patent is unique and will contribute individually to Voip Pal's revenue model.

Dennis Chang, President of Voip-Pal.Com states: "We are very pleased with the performance of the patented technologies. They will produce a multi-faceted revenue stream for Voip-Pal. Royalty income from the licensing of the individual technologies can equal hundreds of millions of dollars per year and will help create a broader subscriber base. Instead of growing one subscriber at a time, we have the opportunity to receive royalties from major VoIP service providers who already have millions of clients. This will help catapult Voip-Pal into the upper echelons of the multi-billion dollar VoIP industry based on a revenue stream from existing customers of our licensees." Chang added, "With the VoIP service industry generating revenues of $58 billion in 2011 and mobile VoIP subscribers projected to reach 410 million by 2015, Voip-Pal is well positioned to gain a substantial share of this lucrative market."
