JAJAH Promises Free Global Calls from Mobile Phones
JAJAH
unveiled the JAJAH Mobile Suite, which allows consumers to make free long-distance and global calls directly from their mobile phones. The service is the latest milestone in JAJAH's ongoing mission to become the first, true global communications company by providing consumers with the smartest, cheapest and most innovative communication services around the world. With 2.5 billion-plus people who use mobile phones as their primary communications device, the JAJAH Mobile Suite vastly expands the company's global footprint.
"JAJAH is one of a very few leaders in telephony providing unique solutions to the global marketplace," said IDC analyst William Stofega. "By enabling consumers to make free and cheap calls to anyone in the world -- over any mobile device -- JAJAH is helping to change the way people think about global communications."
"People around the globe have become familiar with JAJAH, the simplest and cheapest way to make long-distance and global phone calls," said JAJAH co- founder Roman Scharf. "Now you can make long-distance and global calls directly from your mobile phone without having to dial a special number, find a hotspot, use a calling card, sign a new long-term contract or even pay to register. It's not only the cheapest way to do long-distance and global calls, it's also the smartest and the easiest."
JAJAH co-founders Roman Scharf and Daniel Mattes will present the mobile suite tomorrow at DEMO, the premier conference for emerging technologies. The JAJAH Mobile Suite will allow virtually any mobile phone to make JAJAH calls. Starting with Symbian and Java-based J2ME phones and soon with innovative text messaging and smart-phone/browser solutions. Combined, JAJAH enables virtually any cell phone, regardless of carrier, manufacturer or existing agreement to make JAJAH calls. JAJAH works with customers existing mobile phones and plans -- no new number, no new agreement.
JAJAH mobile is seamlessly integrated into the JAJAH desktop solution allowing consumers to manage their account directly on the JAJAH web site. To use the service, you first need a JAJAH account, which is free and without obligation. Customers go to

to register and to check mobile availability details.
"We think our solutions have the potential to change the communication industry," said JAJAH co-founder Daniel Mattes. "We are not just about low- cost, we are also rapidly innovating. By combining the Internet with regular phones, we have been able to create compelling new types of solutions, like JAJAH Conference Calling, scheduled calls and 'one-click' calling directly from inside the most popular computer applications. As long as our customers continue to find our solutions useful, we see no limit to how far this can grow."
