4PSA VoipNow 2.0.3 Adds Customer Time Zone Support

Rack-Soft announces the general availability of 4PSA VoipNow 2.0.3, the new version of the company's Unified Communications solution that delivers rich multimedia communication services like voice, video, presence, instant messaging and faxing. Service providers use 4PSA VoipNow to deliver Unified Communications to SMB market.

4PSA VoipNow 2.0.3 helps providers offer better services to customers located in multiple time zones. These users will be able to access information in the web interface and over the phone in their local time. The new version also comes with improved CallerID handling, infrastructure centralized billing capabilities, as well as more detailed reporting.

VoipNow 2.0.3 also introduces easy to setup SIP trunking features. With the new add-on, providers are able to offer SIP trunking services to customers having on premises PBX systems, making the first step to migrate them to a fully integrated hosted Unified Communications service.

Latest VoipNow version comes with the new Cloud Billing support, the single point, but still distributed infrastructure billing capabilities supported by upcoming Rack-Soft products. The new features automate billing in cloud environments and standardize it across multiple platforms.

4PSA VoipNow can be installed on standalone Linux x86 servers or on virtualized environments based on VMware or Virtuozzo. The product is also available in a free version, limited to ten phone extensions. Prices for the commercial version start from 299USD.
