New VoIP Services for Hispanic Enterprise Markets

BroadSoft, Inc., the leading provider of VoIP application software, announced that LatiNode, a next generation IP solutions provider, has selected BroadSoft's VoIP application software as the platform to support its new retail services under the CrossFone brand. LatiNode will use the BroadWorks platform to deliver business trunking, hosted PBX and long-distance services to small and mid-sized enterprises in the markets where LatiNode operates.

LatiNode, selected the BroadWorks platform because of its comprehensive feature set, seamless integration with key partners, ease of operation and excellent reputation in the industry.

"While our customers tend to be small, they are also highly complex companies with offices in several countries and unreliable Internet access. It is vital that we deliver leading-edge business services in a high-quality package," said Adolfo Soto, vice president of LatiNode's retail division. "With its enhanced feature set and ease of operation, the BroadWorks platform is a core element of our services platform, allowing us to provide flexible, intelligent solutions to our customers."

"LatiNode is a market leader for IP-based telephony services in Latin America, delivering carrier-grade, end-to-end IP solutions in an emerging region," said Michael Tessler, president and CEO of BroadSoft. "As LatiNode offers new services and migrates existing customers to the BroadWorks platform, this deployment will further strengthen LatiNode's rapidly growing network and competitive market position."
