BlasterPhone Extends Reseller Program

BlasterPhone started its operations in July 2003 and soon became VoIP provider of choice for customers worldwide due to its strategically positioned infrastructure in both North and South America. The company's business model allows individuals and business customers, resellers and carriers to benefit from our offerings and expertise by reducing telecommunication costs and expanding their global reach.

The BlasterPhone VoIP Reseller Program is designed for businesses that operate in the communications sector and want to utilize BlasterPhone's infrastructure to expand their range of service options or service areas.

Resellers are provided with access to BlasterPhone's sophisticated billing platform which allows total control over an entire VoIP operation. Calls termination services are powered by MVTS with SIP-HIT Session Border Controllers which ensures smooth interoperability between industry standard protocols such as SIP and H323.

Current Reseller offerings include but are not limited to: Billing Software, Call Shop Software, PC-to-Phone Calling, Device-to-Phone Calling, and free, unlimited SIP-to-SIP Calling between Users.

With the addition of Web, ANI and WAP Callback services BlasterPhone aims to provide Resellers with new, exciting calling options allowing broader reach specifically in markets with Internet connection and infrastructure problems.

"BlasterPhone's goal is to provide Resellers with ever growing calling options which would help them grab market share even in regions where the use of Internet is still prohibitive from financial or access point of view," comments Ben Popov, Chief Operating Officer of BlasterPhone. "The recently added Callback services are just the beginning of our range of new Mobile VoIP Services planned for implementation in the following months.

If you want to deal with an arrogant know it all, one man operation, then this is your chance.

Their tariff database crumbled twice leaving us without service for a week.

Dow your homework first and ask around, don't just read their self-written reviews.

They might be cheap, but they are not good in my experience as 5 years in the industry.

The customer, Michael Sharp, had problems with his old format rate table which was corrected by us in timely manner. However, since he continued to complain about problems with the service we escalated the issue to our tech support for assistance.

Michael Sharp never contacted our specialized tech support and never provided with details on his "problems".

We regret to inform the customer that postings on the Internet won't solve his problems; instead he should talk to our tech support.
