Voiceserve Joins the Symbian Foundation

voiceserve_logo.jpgVoiceserve announces that its Voipswitch software has been accepted as a member of the Symbian Foundation, enabling Voipswitch to further develop and deploy innovative mobile solutions that enhance and simplify devices based on the Symbian operating system. The Symbian Foundation, together with its ecosystem, is creating the most proven, open and complete mobile software platform.

As a member of the Symbian Foundation, Voiceserve gains the immediate right to license the Symbian Foundation platform, royalty free and without source code fees; to participate in working groups and in the governance of the foundation; and to participate in joint marketing and branding campaigns.

With Voipswitch joining the Symbian Foundation, other Foundation members can increasingly integrate the VoipSwitch multi-modal features that enhance user experiences. It will enable users to maximize the full potential of their devices. This spirit of collaboration for the broader mobile ecosystem fostered by the Symbian Foundation complements Voipswitch’s extensive portfolio of solutions powered by technology that simplifies the user experience across all mobile devices.
