OnSIP Named as One of the Top 50 Innovators to Disrupt the VoIP Market

Onsip - an affordable small business phone systemJunction Networks announces that the company and its OnSIP product have been named as one of the Top 50 Disruptive VoIP Providers in a recent report by Heavy Reading, a leading telecommunications research firm. The report, “Disruptive VoIP Services: What Carriers Need to Know,” takes a close look at the current telephony marketplace, how VoIP has changed the telecommunications landscape, and names 50 companies and services with early-stage or advanced potential to significantly disrupt the telecom services market.

"OnSIP provides a unique take on hosted VoIP service. Rather than charging by the extension, it charges a flat fee that includes unlimited extensions, along with per-minute charges for calls. That relieves companies of the need to pay for extensions they hardly use, said Robert Poe, Analyst at Large, Heavy Reading."

“We are thrilled to be included in this list of companies, among other innovators who, like us, are continually improving upon the telephony services they offer customers – whether they are businesses or consumers,” said Michael Oeth, CEO of Junction Networks. “We strongly believe in constant innovation, in order to keep costs down, offer additional features, and most importantly, keep our growing customer base happy.”

Junction Networks recently announced two significant innovations to their OnSIP product – a complete Unified Communications offering called My.OnSIP as well as HD calling and conference calling features, all with plans starting at $39.95 per month.
