IPcelerate Releases New Version of IPstudio 1.2

IPcelerate, Inc., a provider of advanced communications-based software applications, announced the release of IPstudio 1.2, the newest version of the IP recording solution for VoIP users, offering expanded capabilities in voice recording, text additions and call marking. IPstudio 1.2 is fully integrated into the IPsession platform, requiring no additional configuration for the end-user.

The highlight of IPstudio 1.2 is the addition of Malicious Call Recording, which records a call from the beginning regardless of when the service is triggered. This is a standard feature of IPstudio and done on a call-by-call basis. Additional features are:

* Book Mark -- ability to add text notes to selected portions of a call * Call Marker -- ability to mark, or tag, specific calls with a dynamic or pre-canned text message * On Demand Recording -- enables the customer to turn on the recording capability as well as disable the service as needed

"We developed these new capabilities as a direct response to customer requests," stated Kevin Brown, CEO of IPcelerate, Inc. "In today's business world, it is becoming increasingly important to record calls for customer service, security and legal reasons. IPstudio is a natural fit in all IP environments, and our new features add greater flexibility and dynamics to our platform."

IPstudio was introduced in November 2005 as the next generation IP Communications Recording solution for business VoIP users. The platform allows companies to record and monitor different types of media and data session within an IP network.
