snom Introduces New E-Learning Training Program for Channel Partners

snom_logo.jpgsnom announces an e-learning program giving value added resellers the knowledge to provide end-to-end support of snom ONE IP PBX solutions. The class is available free to registered snom VARs from North and South America, Australia and New Zealand who are interested in gaining certification for the company's software-based snom ONE IP PBX and hardware-based snom ONE plus IP PBX appliance. The online course is a convenient path to snom ONE certification for the company's IP PBX family of products - and increased profitability.

Busy VARs can gain valuable, hands-on experience with all aspects of the snom ONE IP PBX product family, without the time and expense of traditional courses. "Based on the popularity of our instructor-led snom University VAR certification, we are pleased to offer an online version of the curriculum," said Mike Storella, Chief Operating Officer of snom technology.

The new online snom ONE Certification Training course is self-paced, consists of over 16 modules of training, and is designed to educate snom VARs on the processes and best practices for installing, deploying and supporting snom ONE IP PBX solutions. The e-learning program has nearly 50 fully narrated videos and each class features interactive software simulations, real-world examples that touch upon a particular aspect of the snom ONE IP PBX solution. Participants can complete an online assessment upon course completion to earn snom ONE certification.

Eligibility for the snom ONE IP PBX certification class is open to registered snom VARs in the Americas, Australia and New Zealand who can register at onlinetraining.snom.com. snom plans to offer more online courses about snom products and key aspects of its SIP-based technology in the coming months.
