VoIP Supply Announces Results of Customer Experience Survey

VoIP Supply announces the results of a customer satisfaction survey conducted in Dec., 2011. In a survey of more than 500 of its customers, VoIP Supply learned just how completely over-the-top it is appreciated by them:
  • 98 percent are likely or very likely to recommend VoIP Supply to colleagues or other businesses.
  • 97 percent are likely or very likely to purchase from VoIP Supply again.
  • 87 percent report an exceptional or above average experience with VoIP Supply.
  • Half of the customers consider VoIP Supply literally the best in the industry.
According to survey respondents, that astonishing customer loyalty to VoIP Supply is due to a variety of reasons, foremost among them: 81 percent cite product availability, 76 percent say its price, and more than half for its customer service and expertise.
