Voiceserve’s Voipswitch Introduces its Video Software

voiceserve_logo.jpgVoiceServe announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Voipswitch has introduced its VoipSwitch Video software, adding video capability to its voice communications. The Company continues to evolve its award winning software to address the growing demand for video capabilities in conjunction with VoIP. The worldwide demand for VoIP during the first half of 2009 grew to over $20 billion, with subscribership up approximately14 percent over 2008 year-end levels. Industry research firms project IP Centrex and Hosted Unified Communications to grow over 25 percent in 2009. As connectivity and broadband continue to expand to accommodate the growing demand for VoIP, interest in video over IP services from both residential and commercial customers is dramatically increasing.

VOIPSwitch has added video connectivity to its SoftSwitch infrastructure and modules, and has incorporated the video feature into affordable, reliable video phones. The devices are robust and can meet the demanding expectations of even the most sophisticated customers, including hotels, IP-PBX clients, and residential users.
