Raketu Adds Global SMS Text Messaging to VoIP Service

Through Raketu, consumers can now send SMS text messages to the mobile phones of their friends, family, and co-workers anywhere in the world. Raketu offers a flat rate for each text message sent to a given country regardless of the location of where the message originates. Raketu currently offers the lowest published rates of any SMS text message provider in any country globally.

Raketu’s new Global SMS Text Message Service and new cheap rates are available immediately to all Raketu RakOut dial-out VoIP service subscribers. Using a unique peer-to-peer technology, Raketu has the ability to run over any Internet connection from dialup to broadband service. Anyone in the world with Internet access, a Windows PC, and a headset can start using Raketu immediately. To become a RakOut dial-out VoIP service subscriber, consumers simply need to download and install the Raketu Desktop LaunchPad Application, and pre-pay their RakOut dial-out account.

Along with access to Raketu’s cheap SMS Text Message rates, Raketu RakOut dial-out VoIP service subscribers also have access to free calling to locations in over 40 countries globally including: China, Australia, South America, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States/Canada among others regardless of where the call originates.
