iPhone2, Inc. Plans to Go NASDAQ

iPhone2, Inc., a publicly-traded company which has created proprietary video/voice Internet software called ImagePhone2, announced they have retained an accounting firm to comply with SEC regulations on becoming a fully reporting company.

iPhone2 is an enhanced service provider marketing a unique broadcast quality (30 frames per second) video/voice (Soft-Phone) utilizing MPEG4 technology. The Company's product, called ImagePhone2, is the Next Generation of Internet Video/Voice communications; iPhone2's customers can place unlimited peer-to-peer video/voice calls, as well as originate or receive video/voice calls from anywhere in the world using their desktop or laptop computer and a broadband connection.

Customers will enjoy the broadcast video quality (30 frames per second) based on iPhone2's technology. Unlike other hardware based VoIP models such as those offered by SBC, Comcast, Vonage, AT&T, CallVantage , Packet 8 and Delta Three, ImagePhone2 is software based and is not constrained by inventory, stocking or delivery issues that plague hardware-based suppliers.

Greenberg further stated: "Our web site http://www.iPhone2.com has been inundated for product inquires, downloads and monthly subscriptions. Our business model is quite unique," added Greenberg, "Our customer acquisition cost is minimal and our break even point is month three of operation."

The company, http://www.iPhone2.com plans on completing its audit and filings for NASDAQ by the end of December.
