After Sunrockets demise I went looking for another provider offerning similar features with a good price. I choose Joiphone over Viatalk, and Voicestick. I did not make a mistake. In a few words. "The service just works!" There support is great as well. Everyone is overwhelmed at the moment with all the Sunrocket customers switching, and they are no execption, but they are very friendly, and they speak ENGLISH! That alone is a reason to check them out!

Support gets a Gold Star from me. Inquiring into their service - my Broadband connection and Firewall - GOT excellent tech answers - asked about their prices for Yearly and Monthly - got a total breakdown - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONS HERE WITH THIS COMPANY AS WELL AS IMMEDIATE RESPONSE.

The quote about their support and service is totally BOGUS. It took them 19 DAYS!!! to respond to me about trying to transport a phone number EVEN AFTER I sent them all the required paperwork! Keep clear of this company until they get their act together!

This company CHEATED so many people by offering unlimited calls and removed that offer after booking large number of Customers....One of the Top rated CHEATED company recently
