Grandstream Launches Reseller Program; Furthers Commitment to Cost-Effective VoIP/SIP-based Solutions for SMBs

grandstream_logo.gifGrandstream announces its inaugural agent/reseller program for VoIP CPE solutions. The new Grandstream Reseller Program offers worldwide partners implementing Grandstream’s GXP CPE endpoints the ability to garner additional revenue through instant rebates when GXP products are purchased through a growing list of participating suppliers.

“The new reseller program is the latest example of how Grandstream is committed to working with its partners and developing cost-effective CPE solutions for the enterprise and SMB markets,” said David Li, CEO of Grandstream. “Our program does not require certification or demand any quarterly performance incentives. Our goal is to simply give our partners the products, support and financial rewards needed to accelerate the deployment of VoIP/SIP-based solutions.”

3CX, an international software-based IP PBX provider, is one of the first suppliers to sign on with Grandstream’s new reseller program. The two companies recently completed extensive testing between each company’s products resulting in 3CX giving full certification to Grandstream’s entire endpoints product line, including the new GXP21xx series of HD phones and existing phones, IP multimedia phones, FXO and FXS gateways, ATAs and GXV35xx/36xx series of SIP-based surveillance cameras.

“As a charter member of Grandstream’s reseller program, we fully support the types of financial mechanisms that deliver an increased level of confidence when deploying Grandstream’s VoIP solutions,” said Nick Galea, CEO of 3CX. “Grandstream’s program will allow resellers to create an additional stream of revenue without having to achieve any specific performance or growth-oriented levels typical of many manufacturer reseller programs.”

Li added, “We value partners like 3CX who share a common goal of helping IP PBX resellers and installers worldwide gain access to reliable, cost-effective, hassle-free VoIP solutions that bring immediate value to all businesses. We are pleased with program’s response to date and look forward to adding other Grandstream product lines including video and surveillance endpoints in the future.”
