Notice that it's an 'open box' item and not to mention if you want a 1 year warranty it's an additional $12 on top of that $55. So, I wouldn't bother buying from that n1wireless website.

n1wireless is better with the prices. It says all Bluetooth comes with 1 year warranty; the extended plan of 1-2 yr starts after manufacturer warranty expires.
