XConnect Wins Global Telecoms Business Innovation Award for Korean NGN/VoIP-Peering Federation

XConnect_logo.jpgXConnect has received a 2009 Innovation Award from Global Telecoms Business magazine. The award was presented to XConnect and the Korea Internet Neutral eXchange in the IP Services Innovation category, for creating a national Korean NGN/VoIP-peering federation, which was announced in December and began operating in March.

The Global Telecoms Business Innovation Awards are designed to honor innovative projects involving telecoms operators and service providers around the world, in association with their vendors and suppliers.

The 2009 awards were presented at a dinner ceremony June 16 in London, attended by about 350 industry leaders from around the world.
