VoIP Logic and Sundial Join Forces to Create VoIP Managed Service Power

voip_logic_logo.gifVoIP Logic announces an agreement through which it will absorb Sundial Network Services, a VoIP engineering professional services firm. Sundial CEO, Ardeshir Ghanbarzadeh, will assume the role of Vice President of Operations for VoIP Logic.

This action combines two segment leaders into one company; more than a dozen former Sundial customers will now be served under the VoIP Logic umbrella by the same Sundial personnel. In addition, these service providers will enjoy access to VoIP Logic’s extensive technology and managed services portfolio, while VoIP Logic customers will enjoy immediate access to an expanded array of professional services.

Level 3 to Providing Dialink with Two Voice-related Services

level3.bmpLevel 3 has been selected to provide voice communications services to San Francisco Bay Area-based Dialink Corporation, a provider of voice and data solutions for enterprises.

Under the contract, Level 3 is providing Dialink with two voice-related services:
  • Level 3 Voice Termination service, which provides worldwide termination of long-distance voice traffic, including VoIP. This service is highly flexible and scalable, allowing customers such as Dialink to quickly adjust their communications needs to meet the requirements of their business environment.
  • Level 3 Local Inbound service, which allows companies to offer VoIP service to businesses and consumers with broadband connections. This service targets VoIP providers that manage large volumes of traffic, operate their own softswitch infrastructure, and need a cost-efficient, one-way connection that originates on the traditional public-switched telephone network but requires a handoff to an IP network.
