8x8 announced it has appointed TMONE, a VOIP customer acquisition firm based in Iowa City, IA, to provide inbound and outbound telesales services for its Packet8 residential and business internet phone service offerings.

8x8 announced it has launched an interactive online community designed to create a forum for Packet8 subscribers and prospective VoIP users to share, communicate and learn from one another.

Well it would seem that Packet8 has been rated "best VoIP provider" according to TomsNetworking. Packet8 was compared to Voange, ATT&T CallVantage, iConnectHere, and Verizon VoiceWing and they were still able to steal the show.
