For the third quarter of 2008, adjusted operating income was $15 million, an increase from an adjusted operating loss excluding certain charges of $1 million in the year-ago quarter and adjusted operating income of $12 million sequentially. The Company reported a GAAP net loss of $8 million or $0.05 per share, compared to a net loss excluding certain charges of $12 million or $0.08 per share reported in the third quarter 2007.

Vonage Receives Continued Listing Standards Notice from the NYSE

Unlimited Calls to the US + 60 Countries - $24.99/montVonage announced on October 24, 2008 the Company received notification from the New York Stock Exchange that the Company had fallen below the continued listing standard, which requires a minimum average closing price of $1.00 per share over 30 consecutive trading days.

The Company has a period of six months, subject to possible extension, to bring its average share price back above $1.00. Under the NYSE rules, the Company's common stock will continue to be listed on the NYSE during the cure period, subject to the Company's compliance with other NYSE continued listing requirements. The Company plans to notify the NYSE that it intends to cure the deficiency.

Vonage Reports Q1 2008 Results; Announces Vonage Broadband

Vonage announces results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. Revenue for the first quarter 2008 grew to a record $225 million, up 15% from $196 million in the first quarter 2007 and up 4% sequentially, driven by an increase in subscriber lines and higher average revenue per user.

For the first quarter of 2008, the Company reported a GAAP net loss of $9 million or $0.06 per share, down from a loss of $72 million or $0.47 per share reported in the first quarter 2007. Adjusted operating income was $8 million in the quarter, a significant improvement from an adjusted operating loss of $58 million in the year-ago quarter and adjusted operating income of $3 million sequentially.

Vonage Wins Court Battle in Nebraska

Unlimited Calls to the US + 60 Countries - $24.99/montA judge ruled in Vonage's favor barring the Nebraska Public Service Commissions from collecting a state service fee. This court order is the latest victory for Vonage in its fight to keep its customers from having to pay into state Universal Service Funds. The funds would help help subsidize phone and Internet services to poor and rural areas, schools and libraries.

In a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, Vonage said other courts have sided with them in allowing Vonage to not pay regulations and fees.

U.S. District Court Judge Laurie Smith Camp of Lincoln agreed and ruled that the Public Service Commission cannot collect the fees from Vonage.
