The two companies recently completed interoperability testing and certified that Positron Telecom’s IP PBX systems work seamlessly with babyTEL’s carrier-grade VoIP service.

Positron Telecom has created a product portfolio which includes enterprise installations from one to 100 users. The products offer a rich feature set, affordable hardware and the ability to offer local survivability to help compliment the babyTEL network in case of Internet outages.

Focusing on the demands of resellers, Positron is distinguishing itself as a player in the PBX market. They provide free installation and configuration support, free software upgrades, no limitation on the user configuration such as the number of IVR menus, a multilingual user interface and an out of the box solution, which allows resellers to co-brand the user interface for clients.

babyTEL's Enterprise VoIP service offers numerous features and fixed price packages compared with traditional telephone services. babyTEL's services were developed to meet today's business requirements to support virtual presences, multiple locations, satellite offices, mobile work force and tele-workers.
