One Connect IP, a leading regional Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service provider, announced it has signed an agreement to acquire NSI Communications LLC, a provider of VOIP services in the Idaho and Utah markets. One Connect IP, a privately held company headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, currently serves business and residential customers throughout the Mountain West Region.

One Connect IP will rollout services under its own brand and will over time convert existing NSI customers to its own brand and soft switch platform while continuing to operate existing services. One Connect IP currently offers a comprehensive suite of business VoIP solutions to accommodate varying customers' needs.
