the service was good but I stopped using it as they stopped the use of it becuase they did not accept VISA payments any longer

This company has a lousy customer service. The reps are courteous but constantly lie to customers. They are not knowledgeable and apart from asking you to unplug the power cord, wait a minute and replu they don't know what to do. Their technicians are also incompetent and of course they are offshore so there is a language problem. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
