IPEVO Releases New IP Conference Phones at Office 2.0 Conference

IPEVO announced at the Office 2.0 Conference 2008 two new conference phones -- the X1N6 Conference Station and the TR10 Speakerphone, rounding out the company's growing portfolio of IP communications solutions for the business professional.

Designed exclusively for making conference calls using a computer, IPEVO's X1N6 Conference Station delivers the outstanding tele-conferencing experience of a traditional phone line, without the excessive expense. The easy to install system is beneficial to businesses of any size -- just plug it in and start conferencing with up to eight people at a time using any Internet communication platform, including Avaya, Microsoft Office Communicator, Adobe Connect, Skype and Windows Live Messenger.

Developed with functionality in mind, the Mac and PC compatible solution features advanced echo cancellation and superior sound quality. Simple, intuitive buttons and an LED indicator light make it easy to control the volume, mute or view the status of ongoing calls. On top of the savings gained on tele-conferencing costs, the X1N6 Conference Station is priced at a reasonable $199 -- around half the price of most traditional conference phones.

The latest version of the IPEVO TR10 Speakerphone, offered with a sleek "Ultimate Black" finish, has also been unveiled today in conjunction with the X1N6 at Office 2.0 Conference. In addition to being tightly integrated with Skype and other VoIP communication platforms, the portable TR10 Speakerphone is the ideal communication device for the SOHO / SMB market.

Users can stand the multipurpose device upright to serve as a personal speakerphone, flat on the desktop for conferencing with up to four people, or switch to handheld mode with the touch of a button for private conversations. The TR10's compact, lightweight design makes it easy to take on business travel as well. An Apple iChat compatible TR10 Speakerphone in "Alpine White" will be released this fall. Both solutions will be available for $79.90.
