Telanetix's AccessLine Division Expands Western U.S. Footprint

Telanetix expands its AccessLine Division service footprint with 360networks, adding support for an additional 130 rate centers. 360networks is a U.S. provider of fiber optic network communications and information services in the western United States. AccessLine selected 360networks' VoIP360 for its expansive rate center footprint and state of the art IP network, which enables AccessLine to extend its offerings with services such as inbound and outbound local calling, directory listings, local number portability and caller ID.

"Partnering with 360networks gives us a broader national reach, making us even more attractive to the SMB market and enabling us to further grow our revenue," said Doug Johnson, President of Telanetix's AccessLine Division. "With hundreds of thousands of businesses in less developed regions, adding these rate centers allows us to more effectively target SMB's around the country."

Telanetix's AccessLine offers its Business T1 service at a discount of 30 percent to 40 percent from that of traditional phone companies. The service includes local, long distance, and supports toll free and international calling as well as enhanced features such as fax mailboxes, unified messaging, and follow me services.

"Telanetix's AccessLine is one of the nation's leading Internet phone service providers," noted Rick Coma, senior vice president of 360networks. "We look forward to working with them to deliver this service. With our combined strengths -- the 360 network and Telanetix's AccessLine's business VoIP offerings -- we have the opportunity to extend the Internet phone service value proposition to thousands of businesses."

360networks has been a wholesale service provider of private line services since 1998 and is now leveraging its extensive regional fiber infrastructure with its VoIP360 product suite. VoIP360 is 100 percent IP-based and runs on the company's wholly-owned 17,200 mile fiber optic backbone, providing maximum reach, reliability and quality of service.

"Telanetix continues to see strong adoption in the SMB market of our telepresence and VoIP offerings," said Tom Szabo, Chairman and CEO of Telanetix. "We look forward to cross promoting our VoIP and telepresence solutions to customers in these regions who can benefit from our partnership with 360networks."
