LiveVox Feature to Increase Skip Tracing Productivity 300 Percent

Livevox_logo.gifLiveVox announces the release of QuickTrace, a new feature for credit and collections organizations that will automate skip tracing and dramatically increase campaign efficiency by at least at least 300%. QuickTrace makes skip tracing once again affordable at a time when creditors and agencies need to find ways to contact their high potential accounts.

Until now, billing and collection organizations have used inefficient and time consuming manual processes to execute skip tracing campaigns. The unlimited dialing capacity and predictive pacing of the LiveVox Hosted VoIP Dialer allows organizations to quickly and systematically dial up to 10 numbers associated with accounts to locate hard-to reach consumers.

Two components of QuickTrace are especially critical and previously unavailable to collection agencies. As skips are located, agents can contact them in a preview dial mode without leaving the campaign. Thus, both the skips found and dollars collected can be attributed to any campaign.

Reporting is critical to understanding the productivity of both agents and skip tracing campaigns. QuickTrace includes reporting that gives agencies full visibility into these key measurements that agencies would not have with manual dialing.

Manual skip tracing campaigns are virtually impossible to measure. Due to the integrated ACD and call termination codes of LiveVox, QuickTrace provides managers with full visibility into call results that will quantify the cost and benefits skip tracing efforts add to the bottom line. The system also scrubs numbers from the campaign once someone is contacted, ensuring compliance.

QuickTrace runs on the LiveVox Hosted VoIP Dialer with a predictive algorithm in Quick Connect, a feature that replicates dialer functionality in a hosted environment by patching consumers directly to call center agents.
