NexTone Presents Webinar on VoIP Peering

WHO: NexTone Communications, the leader in intelligent and scalable session management for IP and IMS network interconnects, today announced the company is participating in a VoIP Magazine Webinar on "The Power of Intelligent Interconnects: Creating a New Network Economy."

Dan Dearing, vice president of marketing for NexTone, will provide commentary on utilizing session management technology to facilitate intelligent interconnects for VoIP peering, the method for seamlessly and securely linking network operators with service provider partners, enterprise customers, and residential subscribers.

Larry Stanfel, vice president of VoIP Operations & Technology at New Global Telecom (www.ngt.com) will also provide practical examples if intelligent IP interconnections.

As part of this examination, Dearing will present a four-phase implementation of session management technologies in carrier networks that will include an overall strategy to bridge islands of VoIP today and deliver IMS services in the near future.
