I have been using Voipgo for less than a month and any call to a toll free number will gave you a recording that this number is not available from your calling area. Try calling them, call center is shut down, email them, said will update server since about 2 weeks. Chat online, agent said should go to each company's web site and get their local number. Chat with next agent soon after and the reply was that he/she had no reason to call the bank , utility,or credit card company for over a year now, so Voipgo customer is expected to do the same. Sent several email with specific toll free # that I have to call, no reply.Service seems ok, but customer service sucks.
