I was one of the many Sunrocket refugees that signed up with Net2Phone because of their offer to honor unused months on existing Sunrocket contracts. I filled out the rebate form, sent it in with all the proper paperwork, and was told it would take several weeks to a couple of months to process the rebate. When I got a bill for my most recent month of service that should have been free, I emailed their billing department and told them I am supposed to have an additional 9 months free as a Sunrocket refugee. They told me they had no record of my rebate submission. I told them I had called in after sending the submission and confirmed their receipt of it, but they didn't seem to care. They told me they would not honor the rebate submission unless I could provide proof of having sent the fax over 3 months ago. They did not seem to care one bit that they were punishing me for their mistake or have any concept of what "customer service" really means. If you expect a customer service department that knows how to take care of a customer, do yourself a favor and sign up with someone else. Net2Phone doesn't seem to have much of an idea when it comes to that concept.
