I fail to see how dialing a VoIP phone over and over again and even playing a message is any different than dialing a regular land line.
Also, if a company is using a switch, how can a PC listen in on different ports. Based on your video, you imply that all you need to do is get onto the Internet and you can listen to any and all conversations that use VoIP.
