VoIP Provider Interactive Intelligence Opens Denver Office

Interactive Intelligence opens a regional office in Denver to better support its growing number of customers migrating VoIP. Specializing in developing high-end IP-based telecommunications applications for mid-size and large contact centers and enterprises. Interactive Intelligence has been serving Colorado businesses since it released its first software product in 1997.

Interactive Intelligence offers these businesses an “all-in-one” VoIP-based software suite designed to deliver contact center automation, enterprise IP telephony and messaging capabilities minus the cost and complexity introduced by product portfolio vendors.

The new 6,000 square-foot Interactive Intelligence office is located in the Denver Technology Center at 5613 DTC Parkway, Suite 500, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. The office will be staffed by sales, marketing and development personnel. The opening will be made official Thursday, Jan. 17 during an Interactive Intelligence Open House from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Open House will include rotating 20-minute presentations offering tips for successfully deploying IP communications solutions.

Interactive Intelligence customers and partners will be in attendance. The event is also open to CIO’s, CTO’s, call center managers, and other Denver-area business executives interested in learning more about the benefits of the latest innovations in VoIP products and services.
