So called premium Voicetrading routes do not work or the voice quality is poor, tech support is unavailable, they don't even respond to your email.

These guys doesn't answer to my e-mails, they don't have any contact number and are quite spooky... I am their partner, and I am not sure, whether will get my money from them! The invoices they issue are with missing VAT number field for customer, and are invalid ....

I am an authorized VOIP reseller and since few days has not been able to log into my account to generate vouchers. My user name is Cheaptelecom1.
Kindly look into this problem as quickly as possible because I have customers waiting for their vouchers.
And moreover, I like to know if log into my account via another computer in another location is a problem because I have tried to do this in the past especially if I need to generate vouchers for customers urgently. I now had notice from you of a security breach.

Hello,

I've been your client now for the past 6 months or so and my monthly purchases is estimated at $2.000. I've actually enjoyed your quality routing and good rates but every now and then that I wanted to contact you for suggestions or ask for a reseller platform, it's been very difficult...infact there's no proper contact channel between your company and the client...as a matter of fact, it's inexistent! I think voicetrading would be one of the best and popular voip providers in the world if your customer relations department could step up their game!

I am a customer for more than 4 years. I have 6 accounts. Monthly I buy 7-8 thousands dollars from you, and your service is good.
On 18th of January suddenly 3 accounts were not active.2 of them I charged them recently, each account has more than 450 dollars, the third account is 120 Euro. I sent 2 emails to your company (customer service), but no answer. I want to know why I cannot use them; it gives error when I enter the username and the password. The accounts are:
1- Salehnou1
2- Hejaze11
3- Alisaleh2
I need an answer; did these accounts stolen or you have a problem in your system if they were stolen why I did not receive an E-mail from your company that the passwords were not changed, why you don’t give me an answer? I have the right to know the truth about those accounts.

A big cheating happened with me, i send EUR 380.66 via bank transfer on 2nd july 2010. Even germon bank conformed for receipent of the payment, but still voice trading is not conforming this and not answering me. Even we talked with Bank person Mr. ZOLLOFER 004921150737771. I confirm you we are also scandalized by the behavior of betamax.
They collected via western union a 1500-euro amount since the 8 july 2010 and they never have credit.
Pay very attention on this company because they surprise you when you expect least by taking your money without ever paying off.

We have credited our account for several times and strange calls were made from the control panel and used all our money more than once.

Voicetrading is a SCAM dont trust them...
