Was burned by SunRocket and switched to Packet 8.Their tech support is great! They solved my problem right away and the staff was very good in all aspects.

Beware of VIA Talk! Had them also but canceled because of on going tech issues they could not fix.

Packet 8 is my 3rd VOIP provider and the best so far.

Before you try Packet 8 you should know that their user interface is the worst I have ever seen. You will have practically zero options for control of your phone thru you online account.

I have had Packet 8 for almost 4 weeks and they are simply awful. I an canceling service and switching to another provider. I am not naming the provider because I want everyone who reads this to understand that I am not promoting another company. I AM warning you to avoid Packet 8.

I am very happy with service supplied by Packet8. I have a videophone line and a regular line with the Uniden cordless phone. Everything works just as it should.

When it works it is great. Unless you need to conatc support outside of 5AM to 8PM Pacific time Monday through Friday. I was out of service for two days over the weekend. All the options to user the service are available, but the interface is the worst known to humankind. I am looking to cancel my contract and am shopping for a new provider.
