i2Telecom's VoIP Service Initially to be Installed on 500,000 Laptops

i2Telecom International, Inc., a pioneer in globally ultra-portable high quality Voice-over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") products and services, announced that it has entered into an agreement with Exxiss Technology LLC, ("Exxiss") to initially distribute over 500,000 downloads of its Internet Telephony application on laptop personal computers. Exxiss estimates it will reach a volume of 2.4 million laptops on an annual basis prior to the end of the third quarter. Additionally, Exxiss expects to finalize agreements with other computer manufacturers to provide ten million systems annually as a sub-contractor.

Exxiss Technology provides computers with theft protection, theft tracking, fingerprint authentication, video conferencing, customer-specific branding, and as a result of this agreement, one of the most robust VoIP solutions available.

"This agreement with i2Telecom will allow Exxiss to offer high-quality VoIP international and domestic calling with emergency 911 services to a large installed customer base," stated Chris Bylander, Chief Executive Officer of Exxiss Technology. "Additionally, we can provide our customers with a telephone number along with this VoIP service. This capability will be built into the Exxiss computer systems platform and offer a great cost benefit to our enterprise customers. It will also be synergistic with our other software applications that are factory installed."

"This landmark agreement should significantly accelerate the adoption of our VoIP services," stated Paul Arena, Chief Executive Officer of i2Telecom International, Inc. "By accessing Exxiss' large and growing installed customer base through the simplicity of a download, i2Telecom has the opportunity to access a much broader customer base than in the past. We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with Exxiss, as their technology and product offering suite provide many advantages to customers, while maintaining one of the lowest Total Costs of Ownership in the industry. This agreement will allow i2Telecom to acquire customers in a low-cost manner and enable us to expand our user base in markets that have previously been unavailable to our Company."
