VocalTec and Runcom Offer Integrated WiMAX and VoIP Solutions

vocaltec.jpgVocalTec disclosed their integrated WiMAX VoIP solution today at the AfricaCom Conference and Exhibition. The companies announced that they will collaborate on the provisioning of WiMAX VoIP solutions to service providers in emerging telecom markets.

The joint offering enables the delivery of both broadband and voice services to remote areas where traditional access is unavailable, assuring interoperability and ease of deployment. It also allows service providers to effectively provide high quality VoIP services to their subscribers at low cost.
