Pulvermedia to Host VON Europe Spring 2008 in Amsterdam

Pulvermedia announces that it will host the eleventh annual Spring VON Europe event, 2-5 June 2008 in Amsterdam. The long-running pan-European conference and expo, which has enjoyed a successful ten-year run with several years in Stockholm, now moves on to the European continent by establishing a new home in Amsterdam's RAI Convention Center.

Spring VON Europe 2008 will feature three comprehensive tracks covering Wireless, IPTV and IP Voice technologies. It will showcase speakers from all over Europe, including leading telecom sector company executives as keynoters. Hundreds of additional speakers are participating, including European telecommunications providers, carriers, and cable providers -- who will educate the audience on the current and future state of IP communications in Europe, and around the globe.

"VON's reputation is based on the fact that its participants come to the show to make contacts, and to secure contracts, and our move to Amsterdam will extend this reputation by attracting even more buyers, sellers, and thought-leaders in the IP communications industry who are interested in building partnerships and conducting business," said Christopher Erb, Chief Operating Officer of Pulvermedia. "We're looking forward to a fantastic event next spring, and to establishing a new home for VON Europe in Amsterdam."

Spring VON Europe 2008 is sponsored by London-based X-Connect, the leading provider of federated VoIP Peering technology that helps service providers and carriers reduce costs and enable rich multimedia IP communications on a cross-network basis. Almost 100 of Europe's leading IP-based communications companies are also exhibiting, and these companies will unveil scores of new products and services on the VON Expo floor.
