NexTone Selected by HIPCOM for Interconnecting UK VoIP Providers

HIPCOM is using NexTone’s Session Border Controller, Multi-protocol Session Exchange, and Real-time Session Manager platforms to interconnect with leading UK carrier networks such as BT Wholesale, Band-X, Gamma Telecom, and Primus Telecom. This interconnect capability provides HIPCOM customers with the most comprehensive and reliable service available in the UK.

HIPCOM is recognized as being at the forefront of the VoIP industry. As an application service provider, HIPCOM specializes in providing high-quality ‘white label’ hosted IP telephony solutions sold through a network of channel partners in the UK. HIPCOM is supported by strategic partnerships with leading VoIP vendors worldwide. This enables HIPCOM to offer services such as residential broadband, hosted PBX, IP Centrex, voice VPN, enhanced network and business trunking services.
