HelloSoft announces BenQ has licensed HelloSoft's VoIP technologies (HelloDual-Mode) for use in BenQ's dual-mode handsets. HelloSoft products can enable mobile device manufacturers to design and architect products that are power-efficient and provide substantial cost benefits.
