Cell Wireless Launches Wi-Fi Cell VoIP Phone

Cell Wireless Corp. announced that it has launched its new mobile Wi-Fi Cell VoIP phone.

The new mobile Wi-Fi Cell VoIP phone allows customers to use the Cell Wireless state-of-the-art VoIP software and technology when they connect to any public Internet "Hot Spot" such as airports, hotels, coffee shops and more as long as there is an Internet wireless connection available. The cell phone can also be used as a home or office VoIP phone without the hassle of using a headset.

John Bohringer, CEO of Cell Wireless Corp., said, "This will allow members to call each other using a mobile Wi-Fi Cell VoIP phone -- free of charge. It will also include free VoIP conference calls and free VoIP chat rooms. Our existing 160,000 members will benefit greatly from this new phone and it will dramatically increase new memberships and profits from telephone sales. As cities like Paris, Tokyo, Singapore, London and San Francisco cover their cities with Wi-Fi "Hot Spots," there will be a boom in mobile Wi-Fi Cell VoIP phone usage."

World industry expert Frost & Sullivan (www.frost.com) reminds us that VoIP traffic is projected to account for approximately 75% of the world's voice traffic by 2007. The global market for Wi-Fi phones rose 76% in 2005 to $102.5 million, and will reach $1.9 billion in 2009, according to a report by Infonetics Research

Bohringer also announced today that Cell Wireless has also completed a marketing and service agreement with Bond Wireless. This new marketing agreement between both companies supersedes the Letter of Intent to merge with Bond Wireless announced on May 1, 2006. This new, exciting arrangement allows for the combination of Cell Wireless VoIP technology and marketing expertise with Bond Wireless award-winning text messaging and mobile communication applications technology to be launched as a new marketing tool to small, medium and large enterprises throughout the world.

Bond Wireless is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a Sun iForce Microsystems Partner. Bohringer said "This arrangement is an excellent marriage for Cell Wireless' existing business. The Bond Wireless application is currently being distributed in the USA, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Europe." Dr Clarence Tan, the CEO of Bond Wireless, said "Bond Wireless' innovative award-winning applications will benefit from this relationship by having access to Cell Wireless' marketing expertise and global presence."
