Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement Signed by Fusion

Fusion announced today that it has partnered with a leading manufacturer of VoIP and communication technology hardware devices. This partnership will focus on the development and manufacturing of a complete line of branded VoIP hardware devices, including IP phones and adapters, that will enable consumers and corporations to access our service suite from their home or office anywhere in the world. Additionally, the manufacturer will market these devices equipped with Fusion's efonica VoIP service to their global client base of technology distributors. As part of the agreement, the manufacturer is contributing the use of its research and development staff for customization of the devices to ensure that they meet the needs of Fusion's current and future customers. The research and development team will continue to develop a pipeline of new products, enabling Fusion to stay ahead of the curve in providing sophisticated hardware solutions to its customers.
