mobile calls platform <a href="http://www.barablu.com" rel="nofollow">barablu</a> is
giving Skype and Google Talk users the chance to make free calls from a mobile.
<br /><br />
barablu has perfected the technology enabling contacts from Skype and Google Talk
to be transferred to a Wi-Fi enabled mobile phone.
<br /><br />
This breakthrough means users of Skype and Google Talk can utilise the barablu service
and call anyone from their contacts list without being tied to their PC. They not
only gain free calls, but free texts and voice mail.
<br /><br />
Free phone calls using the Internet is rapidly attracting a growing number of converts.
This demand has up to now been driven by the likes of Skype and there are 171 million
registered users worldwide. barablu takes the development into the next generation.
<br /><br />
With barablu they not only gain free calls, but free texts and voice mail from a Wi-Fi
enabled mobile phone.
<br /><br />
"Skype and Google Talk are fantastic communication platforms but are limited but they
are not available on Nokia handsets, which have 36 per cent of market share. They
can now be independent of their PCs. This is a very exciting development," said Marcus
O'Reilly, Chief Marketing Officer of barablu.
<br /><br />
"barablu's service is not only useful for people with Wi-Fi enabled phones who want
to talk to each other for free. We also have features for people and businesses looking
to save money when calling traditional landline or mobile numbers providers with barablu
Out. "
<br /><br />
The service is available through a free download from the barablu website. The software
is sent to the mobile phone via SMS and automatically configures onto the phone in
a simple operation which takes less than a minute.
<br /><br />
Details of barablu's new services have been revealed at the 3GSM World Congress in
Barcelona (February 12-15).
<br /><br />
"This is the future of telephony. Everything is going to be wireless and barablu will
be at the forefront of this development," added Marius O'Reilly.

cost), free (Group) Text messaging and the ability to place Group Calls on the fly

        <a href="http://www.Camrivox.com" rel="nofollow">Camrivox</a>,
a developer of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) equipment, has announced that it
has added support for Google Talk to its range of Flexor IP phones and telephony adapters.
<br /><br />
The Flexor products allow users to register a SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) account
and a Google Talk account simultaneously on the same VoIP device. This means that
they can make or receive calls either via Google Talk or with any other SIP-compatible
VoIP phone or conventional phone.
<br /><br />
"We believe that Camrivox is the first company to add this capability, and our Flexor
range is therefore the first devices that enables Google Talk to be used without a
PC," said David Moorhouse, VP of Marketing at Camrivox.
<br /><br />
"Google TalkTM is standards-based and has released information to third parties on
how they can interface their products with it," continued Moorhouse. "This gives it
an important differentiator compared with the closed world of Skype."
<br /><br />
The Google Talk capability is supported by Camrivox’s complete range of VoIP products.
This includes the Flexor 500 IP phone, and the Flexor 201 and Flexor 151 VoIP telephony
adapters. The product range provides advanced Computer Telephony Integration (CTI),
excellent voice quality due to Camrivox’s QoS technology, automatic set-up for users,
and zero touch scalable provisioning which allows operators to deploy without ever
"touching" the device; this further reduces roll-out costs.

        <a href="http://www.splinter.net" rel="nofollow">Splinternet
Communications</a>, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Splinternet Holdings, Inc., announced
that it has launched a service which enables users of the GoogleTalk instant messaging
service to communicate with anyone, anywhere via the Public Switched Telephone Network
(PSTN). By inviting Splinternet to be their "buddy," GoogleTalk users can initiate
a voice conversation to any telephone worldwide.
<br /><br />
The product is currently in beta testing, and commercial launch is expected later
this month. Initial promotions will give all new users a small credit, enabling them
to use the service for a short period of time at no charge. After the initial credit
is used up, users will be asked to provide any major credit card, and will pre-pay
for the service on a per-minute basis, without a recurring monthly fee. Their accounts
will be debited as minutes are used. Fees will be competitive with existing VoIP services.
<br /><br />
James Ackerly, Splinternet Holdings’ CEO, commented, "We are thrilled to provide Google’s
customers with the opportunity to expand their GoogleTalk client software functions.
Now they will be able to hold voice conversations with users on cell phones and land
line phones around the world, in addition to PCs. We believe that ultimately all voice
calls will be internet-enabled, and Splinternet’s new gTalk-to-PSTN service is just
one avenue to capture that revenue growth. Our GoogleTalk service is just one of the
many opportunities that Splinternet is currently pursuing, and we believe our flexible
architecture and scalable products will allow us to target many similar growth opportunities."
<br /><br />
Splinternet, Google, GoogleTalk and gTalk trademarks are held by their respective
owners and there is no currently executed agreement to cross-market the above-mentioned
products and services when they are released from beta.

        <a href="http://www.eqo.com" rel="nofollow">EQO
Communications</a>, a leading developer of platforms for mobilizing online social
networks, VoIP and instant messaging services, announced the immediate availability
a new version of EQO Mobile, extending the most popular instant messenger services
- including AOL Instant Messenger, ICQ, GoogleTalk, Jabber, MSN Messenger, Yahoo!
Instant Messenger and Skype - to mobile phones. With EQO, users can access all of
their IM services from their phone and exchange free text and picture messages with
other EQO users. Supported on more than 300 mobile handset models, the latest version
of EQO Mobile is an easily installed Java mobile application that downloads over the
wireless data network.

</li></ul>
"The notions of presence, identity and community -- so crucial in the online world
-- have been glaringly absent from mobile phones, the most personal of all personal
technology devices," said Bill Tam, CEO of EQO Communications. "We're extending the
most popular IM communities and social networks to the mobile phone to give people
those capabilities anywhere they go."
<br /><br />
In February 2006, EQO introduced EQO for Skype to demonstrate how an easy to use text,
IM and voice service designed for mass-market mobile handsets enables people to "take
their buddies with them on their mobile phones." With the launch of the EQO Me "widget"
in August 2006, EQO empowered users of popular social networks such as MySpace, Friendster,
Tagworld, Hi5, Xanga and Multiply to stay in touch with online friends on their mobile
phones with web- to-phone and phone-to-web pictures and text.
<br /><br />
EQO Mobile now incorporates rich new community features enabling users to add friends
and see what they've posted from their mobile phone. It also allows users to include
a call back phone number or IM screen name as part of an EQO message, enabling the
recipient to start a conversation using a simple click-to-call or click-to-IM feature.
<br /><br />
"IM networks are fundamentally online social networks," said Tam. "People create and
nurture online identity to establish an impetus for others to contact them. People
join alumni sites to reconnect with classmates and college friends; they participate
in business networking sites to establish professional contacts. Community sites allow
individuals to publish expressions of self that invite comments, messages and ultimately
spur conversation. Beginning today with the most popular IM networks online, EQO makes
that possible on the mobile phone."
<br /><br />
The latest EQO Mobile is an evolution of the EQO for Skype service introduced at DEMO
2006. Since the launch of EQO for Skype, EQO has established itself as the premier
mobile solution for Skype, with users in more than 130 countries across 260 carrier
networks.
<br /><br />
The new version of EQO Mobile and the EQO Me widget are available for free at <a href="http://www.eqo.com" rel="nofollow">www.eqo.com</a>.

      <body xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
        <a href="http://www.liveoffice.com" target="_new">LiveOffice
Corp.</a> today announced upcoming plans to integrate its <a href="http://www.imconferencing.com" target="_new">IMConferencing.</a> web
conferencing system with <a href="http://www.google.com/talk/" target="_new">Google
Talk</a>.
<br /><br />
IMConferencing's latest interoperability capability will allow Google Talk users to
instantly connect to IMConferencing's powerful web, audio and video conferencing platform,
making it easy for users to launch full-featured online meetings and collaboration
sessions to one or several participants. Only the host of the IMConferencing session
needs to be a registered user, which gives participants even quicker access to the
collaboration session because they do not have to pre-register with IMConferencing
in order to use the service.
<br /><br /><br /><br />
Once a meeting host using Google Talk clicks the Start Meeting button in their instant
messenger window, participants can join an IMConferencing meeting and begin using
a variety of collaboration tools, including:
<br /><br />
* Mixed telephone and VoIP audio conferences that allow multiple participants to connect
into a single teleconference (e.g. Participant A can connect via standard telephone,
while Participant B can connect into the same audio conference via VoIP)
<br /><br />
* Multi-point and hi-definition video conferences that accurately duplicate the in-person
meeting experience
<br /><br />
* Desktop/application sharing that allows the host and participants to jointly view
and collaborate on any application or document from their respective PCs
<br /><br />
* Full file transfer capabilities that allow participants to quickly distribute important
documents from their PC
<br /><br />
"LiveOffice's IMConferencing picks up where Google Talk leaves off and supports Google's
vision to simplify instant communication across the web," said Steve Uhring, vice
president of sales and marketing for LiveOffice Corp. "IMConferencing's full integration
with Google Talk makes it easier than ever before to launch instant web collaboration
sessions to multiple participants and gives users fast access to the web, audio and
video conferencing tools they need to make their day more productive and efficient."
<br /><br />
Pricing and Availability
<br /><br />
The current version of IMConferencing, which competes with WebEx and Microsoft LiveMeeting,
is available now at a cost of $50 per seat license per month. The integrated version
of IMConferencing and Google Talk will be available later this quarter.
