has integrated Fusion's proprietary VoIP technology with live video on each call into helloWorld.com's social

on-network calling to all other helloWorld users. HelloWorld customers make calls
from a customized, state-of-the-art softphone that Fusion designed and developed.
This new service further enriches the helloWorld.com experience, which already offers
subscribers the ability to upload, store and share their calendars, pictures, emails,
video emails, songs, documents, podcasts and live webcasts online from any computer
anywhere in the world.

To use the videophone, helloWorld.com subscribers are given an Internet Phone Number
(or eNumber), and an online Phonebook that can be accessed directly from the softphone
on their desktop. Subscribers can dial the numbers they want to reach on the softphone
dial pad on their computer screens and easily access a directory listing of stored
names and phone numbers.

Useful features such as Call History, Caller ID, Three-way calling, Call Hold, Call
Transfer and Do Not Disturb are also free of charge. Paid calling packages will soon
be available to supplement the basic free service and will include minutes for off-net
calling, a traditional phone number, Voice Mail and Remote Phone, which enables the
user to place VoIP calls from a mobile or landline phone.

DigitalFX said it will offer Fusion's advanced services, including digital phone service,
as part of its flagship product called "The Studio." The Studio gives individuals,

DigitalFX said Fusion's services will be available for sale to its existing 30,000

IP Connect combines a company's interoffice, local, U.S. long distance, and international

The nine day promotion, which kicks off today, gives 1,000 Daily News readers selected

announced the launch of Mobilink, a revolutionary new service that allows subscribers
to access its retail Efonica VoIP services from their mobile phones, without Internet
access or special software.

Mobilink allows subscribers to enjoy the low cost and excellent quality of VoIP from
their mobile phones. Subscribers simply dial an access number, which automatically
authenticates their Efonica member status and allows them to call virtually any number
in the world at savings of up to 80% compared to their mobile carrier. This service
will also be available from landline telephones.

An important Mobilink feature allows users to call any in-network Efonica subscriber
worldwide for free by simply dialing '10,' the Worldwide Internet Area Code, prior
to the registered phone number of the called party. Subscribers to Mobilink also have
access to Efonica's full suite of Internet based VoIP solutions. Consumers subscribe
to Mobilink by visiting Efonica's new website at http://www.efonica.com/ and
completing an easy registration process.

"Fusion is excited to offer this unique new service, particularly to the international
community, and we believe that offering a free in-network calling option will significantly
increase the savings for subscribers making international calls," said Matthew Rosen,
President and CEO of Fusion. "Mobilink brings the benefits of VoIP to a larger universe
of consumers that use mobile phones as their primary communications tool, and allows
these customers to retain their usual calling habits while offering the quality and
cost savings of Efonica's VoIP services," continued Mr. Rosen. "With this new service,
Fusion is taking another step at bringing families, friends and business associates
closer together."

Efonica's service incorporates Fusion's patent-pending worldwide Internet area code,
which makes calling simple. The world's first worldwide Internet area code allows
subscribers to dial a '10' before an Internet phone number to call other subscribers
in-network for free, eliminating the need to introduce any complicated or confusing
new dialing patterns. Efonica's subscribers are able to use their existing landline
or mobile numbers as their Internet phone numbers. Subscribers can call each other
from any combination of PCs, Internet phones, regular phones with a SIP adapter or
access number and mobile phones with an access number. A wireless, broadband, or dial-up
Internet connection or an access number is all subscribers need to enjoy Efonica's
enhanced features and benefits. Efonica also offers a number of premium services designed
to further enhance the calling experience of its subscribers.

of advanced VoIP products and services will deliver exceptional value and performance
to the people of Jordan and Jordanian communities around the world."
<br>
<br>
"With Fusion Jordan, we plan to increase sales of Efonica through our established
and growing network of distribution partners," said Roger Karam, President of Fusion's
VoIP division. "We will continue to form strategic alliances with Jordanian retailers
and align with key Internet properties, in order to increase the points of sale for
Jordanians, as well as to connect the Jordanian communities around the world in a
way that is simple and cost- effective."
<br>
<br>
Efonica offers consumers the ability to call each other using their existing landline
or mobile telephone numbers. Calls can be made to and from any combination of PCs,
Internet phones and regular telephones (with a SIP adapter), connected to either a
wireless, broadband or dial-up Internet connection. The service was introduced incorporating
Fusion's patent-pending worldwide Internet area code, which combined with a subscriber's
existing telephone number, further simplifies the process of making a call. Consumers
subscribe to Efonica by visiting <a href="http://www.efonica.com/" rel=nofollow>http://www.efonica.com</a> and
completing an easy registration process.

        Fusion
Telecommunications International, Inc., a global VoIP service provider, announced
that it has added an additional 150,000 subscribers to its new Efonica service in
the last two weeks, increasing the number of subscribers to 250,000 in less than 45
days since its launch.

Efonica offers consumers the ability to call each other for free using their existing
landline or mobile telephone numbers. Calls can be made to and from any combination
of PCs, Internet phones and regular telephones (with a SIP adapter), connected to
either a wireless, broadband or dial-up Internet connection. The service was introduced
simultaneously with Fusion's patent- pending Worldwide Internet Area Code, which combined
with a subscriber's existing telephone number, further simplifies the process of making
a call. Consumers subscribe to Efonica by visiting http://www.efonica.com and
completing a free and easy registration process.

"The rapid increase in subscribers, well ahead of our most optimistic forecasts, demonstrates
the large unmet need for innovative VoIP services such as those provided by Efonica,"
said Matthew Rosen, President and CEO of Fusion. "Now that we are building a rapidly
growing installed base of customers, we will be concentrating on marketing our value
added paid services in order to drive revenue growth."

The Company believes that the value of Fusion will be enhanced through the development
of a worldwide Internet community of subscribers and a high margin revenue stream.
Thus far, as evidenced by acquiring more than 250,000 subscribers in less than 45
days, Fusion is achieving significant success in its efforts to establish a worldwide
Internet community of users. The Company has commenced efforts to sell fee-based,
value added features and services to its existing subscriber base via online and physical
distribution channels throughout the world.

Two recently announced paid services are efoOut, which allows members to call any
out of network landline or mobile phone; and efoLink, which allows subscribers, from
the Efonica website, to schedule and trigger a call between any two landline or mobile
phones, an innovative and useful service for people on the go, particularly business
travelers.

"Now that Efonica has experienced a very rapid adoption rate, we are concentrating
on enhancing the customer experience and further developing our suite of innovative
paid service offerings. We are also focusing on implementing marketing strategies
to encourage our existing free subscribers to purchase Efonica's paid services and
expanding our online and physical distribution partnerships worldwide to help drive
the sale of our paid service offerings," added Roger Karam, President of Fusion's
VoIP Division.
